HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
Returning items is easy, you can send the returned item to the return address on the back of your parcel. Please ensure the items are in the state that you received them, with your invoice inside and that you have collected and kept proof of postage should there be an issue with your return.
When your return is received, the money will be issued back to your account via your chosen payment method. Please keep in mind it can take up to ten days to process a refund.

I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT THAT I ORIGINALLY BOUGHT AS A GIFT?
That’s perfectly fine - if you return your product to us within 14 days of receipts we will be happy to refund you within 10 working days once we have received your item. We will need your order number or details of the person who placed the order.
