HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER I PLACED?
In order to deliver the best service possible, all our orders are processed within minutes of ordering, meaning we can't make any changes to an order once you've placed it. This includes changing delivery options, addresses, or payment methods.

I'VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We’re really sorry that you didn't receive the correct item. Please return the item to us for an exchange or full refund if you prefer. Send an email to our Customer Services team (firstname.lastname@example.org) to start this process off, or feel free to pop up into our chat.

HOW DO PRE-ORDERS WORK?
We endeavour to update you on the status of your pre-order as soon as we know more, and will give you a date of shipping as soon as they're ready. If you order multiple items together that include a pre-order, we will only be able to ship them once the pre-order is available as we group them into one delivery. However, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to change this. Please bear in mind a separate shipping fee will be necessary to get your parcel to you sooner.
CAN I GET MY GIFT DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Sure you can, we understand that you may like to get your gift to go straight to someone else's house. When you’re filling out of your shipping details, just fill in your loved one's address. If you have any problems with your address, our customer service team can absolutely solve those for you - so feel free to chat with them if you need to.
