CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?

In order to deliver the best service possible, all our orders are processed within minutes of ordering, meaning we can't cancel or make changes to an order once you've placed it. This includes changing delivery options, addresses, or payment methods.

If you do notice any issues please send us an email at shop@cgdlondon.com as soon as possible.

I'VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We’re really sorry that you didn't receive the correct item. Please return the item to us for an exchange or full refund if you prefer. Send an email to our Customer Services team (shop@cgdlondon.com) to start this process off.

CAN I GET MY GIFT DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

Sure you can, we understand that you may like to get your gift to go straight to someone else's house. When you’re filling out of your shipping details, just fill in the alternate address. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us at shop@cgdlondon.com.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

A pre-ordered item is not yet available, but will be sent out as soon as it is. When you pre-order an item you will be sent an email with the date your order is expected to ship, and under the 'Pre-order' button on the product page you will find the expected shipping date.

WILL THERE BE EXTRA TAX OR CHARGES ON MY ORDER?

Please note, if you order products for delivery outside of the UK they may be subject to import duties and taxes which you are responsible for. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

HOW DOES PERSONALISATION WORK?

At the moment, personalisation is available free with every Getting Stuff Done, Productivity + 2021 Planning kit. Simply tap the personalise button on any of the above kits, add your letters (max 3 characters) and add to cart!

CAN I RETURN A PERSONALISED PRODUCT?

As personalisation is unique and hand-stamped in the UK by our team for you, we unfortunately can't accept returns on personalised products. Please check the terms here.

HOW LONG DOES A PERSONALISED PRODUCT TAKE TO SHIP?

All personalised products are hand-stamped by our team in the UK, so personalised orders take a little longer. Standard shipping is around 5 working days.
