HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER I PLACED?

In order to deliver the best service possible, all our orders are processed within minutes of ordering, meaning we can't always make changes to an order once you've placed it. This includes changing delivery options, addresses, or payment methods.

I'VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We’re really sorry that you didn't receive the correct item. Please return the item to us for an exchange or full refund if you prefer. Send an email to our Customer Services team (shop@cgdlondon.com) to start this process off.

WHY IS MY ORDER TAKING SO LONG?

CAN I GET MY GIFT DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

Sure you can, we understand that you may like to get your gift to go straight to someone else's house. When you’re filling out of your shipping details, just fill in the alternate address. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us at shop@cgdlondon.com.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately if you select next day shipping, orders cannot be changed if they are already on their way to you. For all other orders, you may make changes within 24 hours, please forward your query over to shop@cgdlondon.com and they will be happy to help you.
